The questions we get asked most

• How do you guarantee that you don't read my data?

  The tokenization engine runs 100% in your browser. You can verify it in your browser's Network tab: no request is sent to our servers while your text or files are processed. Only your account metadata (email, rule configuration) is stored on our servers in France.
• What is the legal status of my data?

  Since your sensitive data is never transmitted to our servers, you remain 100% responsible for its processing. We offer a signable DPA (Data Processing Agreement) for Team and Enterprise plans, which formalizes that split of responsibilities.
• Do I need to enter a card for the trial?

  Yes. The 7-day Pro trial starts a Stripe subscription: your card is saved when you choose the plan, but €0 is charged for the entire trial period. You can cancel any time before the 7 days end — in which case no charge is made.
• What happens at the end of the Pro trial?

  At the end of the 7 days, your card is charged automatically for the first billing period — unless you canceled before, in which case no amount is charged and your account reverts to the Free plan (limited to 3 Tables files per month and 3 custom rules). Your rules and profiles are kept either way. A reminder is emailed to you before the trial ends.
• Can I cancel at any time?

  Yes. You can cancel from your billing space, any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account switches to Free. No cancellation fees, no commitment period.
• Do you accept purchase orders or bank transfers?

  For the Enterprise plan only, we accept purchase orders and bank transfers. For Pro and Team plans, card payment and SEPA direct debit are available via Stripe.
• Are my invoices VAT-compliant?

  Yes. All invoices are issued with the applicable VAT shown (collected automatically by Stripe Tax based on your country). For EU businesses outside France with a valid intra-community VAT number, the reverse charge applies.
• Do you work with companies subject to HDS, NIS2, DORA or sector-specific obligations?

  Our 100% client-side architecture is compatible with these strict regulations, since your data never leaves your infrastructure. For specific requirements (custom DPA, audit, etc.), write to us at contact@onyri-strategy.com for an Enterprise plan.
• Does the tool work in my language?

  Yes. ONYRI Sanitize is built for both French-speaking and international markets: SIRET detectors, social security numbers, postal codes, RIB/IBAN, and more. The interface is available in French and English.
